Thursday Alpine Feast at VINCA on Pearl

Join us every Thursday for Alpine Feast — a warm European dinner ritual at VINCA on Pearl.

The evening begins with an included glass of Grüner Veltliner, followed by three courses inspired by the comfort and elegance of the Alps:

First Course Rösti Crispy potato rösti with crème fraîche, Parmigiano Reggiano, and lingonberry jam.

Second Course Crispy Viennese Veal Schnitzel Served with mashed potatoes, lingonberry jam, and pickled cucumber salad.

Third Course Grandma’s Apple Strudel Viennese pastry with green apples, nuts, and Chantilly cream.
